I run the Agricultural Literacy & STEM program at the University of Arizona Maricopa County Cooperative Extension!

My program aims to do the following:

1. Provide K-12 educators with professional development for improving students' knowledge which ensures an agriculturally literate society, one that understands and can communicate the source and value of agriculture as it affects our quality of life.
2. Educate consumers about our Arizona agriculture industry and agriculture's impact on their life.
3. Assist K-12 educators with school gardens to engage their students in agriculture.
