A celebratory collaboration between Sphinx Date Co. Palm & Pastry, Juntos, and Slow Food Phoenix. Join us on Thursday, October 10 anytime between 5-7pm to eat salad and huarache prepared by Juntos, and sample snacks, sweets, & wines from Arizona purveyors.
Rebecca Seitz will share a brief history of dates in Arizona, Juntos will share their origin story & local food philosophy, and Slow Food Phoenix will discuss the Arizona foods that are on the Ark of Taste, including dates.
